Returns Policy

We hope that you will be delighted with your items however, if you would like to return your items for any reason at all, you may do so within 7 days of receiving your order. Items returned must be in a new and unused condition and are the responsibility of the customer until they are received by SMOKEA® Wholesale.

Damaged Items:

Damaged items must be reported within 3 business days of shipment being delivered.

In the unlikely event that an item sent to you is found to be faulty, simply begin the return process by contacting us and we will take care of shipping costs to receive the item back to our warehouse. Please note, you may be required to provide proof of damaged product before a refund or credit is approved. Once we have received the item back your refund will be issued within 48 business hours. If you'd still like to receive the product you will then need to place a new order. Not all items will be required to be returned, if this is the case we will simply provide a credit for the damaged items upon receiving pictures of the damaged items.

Important: All items are quality checked before leaving the warehouse. Please fully inspect your item before use for any damage in transit, as items will not be replaced or refunded after use.

Imperfection Warning: Many of the items for sale on SMOKEA® Wholesale are hand made products. These products are individually hand crafted and may contain small imperfections such as slight discoloration, small air bubbles, asymmetric percolators, and more. Return shipping charges will not be pre-paid for items being returned with imperfections due to the glass blowing or hand made manufacturing process. If you are unsatisfied with these imperfections you may still return the product but will be refunded less return shipping charges. Imperfections will be considered at the discretion of SMOKEA® Wholesale.

Incorrect/Missing Items:

Incorrect items must be reported within 3 business days of shipment being delivered.

While we take every care to ensure that you are sent the correct items, mistakes can occasionally be made. If you find that you have received the wrong products we will happily replace them with the correct items at no charge to yourself. Simply start the return process by contacting us. You will then be provided with a pre-paid shipping label to ship the incorrect item(s) back to us. Once we've received the items back to our warehouse we will ship out your replacement item(s) within 48 hours or issue a credit to your account.

Unwanted Items:

Unwanted items can be returned within 7 business days of shipment being delivered.

Items returned must be in a new and unused condition. You will be responsible for return shipping for unwanted items. After we've received the item(s) back to our warehouse you will be refunded minus any return shipping charges within 48 hours or provided with a store credit.

Please note: All returns must be received back to our warehouse in new, UNUSED condition.

Credits and Refunds:

All discrepancies determined to be the fault of SMOKEA® Wholesale will be credited, or reshipped at our expense. By default, any discrepancies will be automatically issued in the form of credit on a future order. If damages or discrepancies total $50 or more you may request that the items be re-shipped.
